You should try a “croissant ordinaire” which is made without egg and butter (replaced by margarine).

It was common until the 80′s. Only a few bakeries are still doing it

The gentle gourmet is introducing a new bistrot “formule” to be a bit more accessible to all pocketbooks but our food is still very organic , 100% vegan and totally fresh and seasonal
We will be doing cooking classes as of December first to help new vegans master the art of really good vegan cooking at home.
Sad news – The Victoire Supreme closed and the owners re-opened a meat based restaurant that offers a few vegetarian dishes. All Vegan Paris is sad:-(
