A friend and I are dying to go to Morocco. The only problem is, we don’t have a clue how one would go there for cheap. Have any advice?
Ps. I really enjoy this site. I just got to Paris a couple weeks ago and am still trying to figure out how to be vegan here. So far.. not as easy as in the US.
Hi Rachel,
I loved Morocco and I hope you have the chance to go there. A while back there were EasyJet posters all over town advertising 35€ one-way to Marrakesh. But that was a sale. Looks like Transavia is usually the cheapest airline. You can do round-trip right now for 110€, not bad. Lonely Planet has good listings for budget hotels. Problem is Lonley Planet Morocco costs 26€!!! (Bring a notepad to the bookstore. ) Once you’re there, food and transportation are reasonable but not super cheap. Cheaper than Paris, that’s for sure!

A Kindle guidebook that includes all of the best information from the site on vegan restaurants, groceries and more in a handy package you can take with you on your phone or Kindle
